Nonetheless, this extra pace comes at a cost of $999 whilst the UM-1 is a more affordable $599.<\/p><p>Not for the first time in this review, the Turboant M10 gives the UM-1 a run for its money with a cheaper price tag of $450, a similar weight of 29.8 lbs, and a higher top speed of 20 mph. However, where the M10 really shines is in its acceleration, which we will discuss next in the \u201cAcceleration\u201d section of the review.<\/p><h4>Acceleration<\/h4><p>With a 36V 350W motor, <strong>the UM-1\u2019s acceleration is where we would expect it to be<\/strong>.<\/p><p>As you can see from the chart below, the Horizon is hailed champion thanks to its more torquey 48V 500W motor.
