As you can probably guess from the name, it\u2019s essentially a souped-up version of the X. And, at first glance, it\u2019s more or less the same scooter \u2013 it sports the same frame and most of the same features. But look a little closer, and subtle \u2013 but key \u2013 differences emerge:<\/p><ul><li>The X Pro has a larger battery (28Ah rather than 21Ah). As a result, the X Pro\u2019s maximum range outstrips the X\u2019s by 50%, which equates to 20 more miles.<\/li><li>The X Pro\u2019s battery is of a higher quality thanks to its LG cells (vs the X\u2019s Chinese cells). As a result, the X Pro\u2019s battery will hold peak performance for many more charge cycles.<\/li><li>The X, surprisingly, uses a more powerful 30Ah Sine Wave controller (vs the X Pro\u2019s 27Ah Minimotors controller). Controllers play a pivotal role in how effectively a scooter can pull electrical power from the battery. Well, though this is undoubtedly a classic scooter \u2013 with an untouchable position in the pantheon of performance scooters \u2013 there\u2019s no shirking the fact of its gargantuan size, weight, and price tag. Compared to the X, the 11+ is:<\/p><ul><li>Almost 30 lbs heavier<\/li><li>Takes an extra 6 hours to charge<\/li><li>Folds awkwardly in a way that increases the scooter\u2019s length<\/li><li>Costs $1,000 more<\/li><li>Isn\u2019t as agile<\/li><\/ul><p>Sure, the 11+ is faster, offers more range, supports more rider weight, boasts larger tires and hydraulic brake discs, and \u2013 like the X Pro \u2013 flaunts LG battery cells and a MiniMotors EY3 display, but when compared to the X in other ways, the 11+ doesn\u2019t stand out as much as its price tag suggests it should. Its hill-climbing credentials are the same, its braking performance \u2013 despite those larger discs \u2013 is worse, and the suspension is identical.<\/p><p>Through this lens, <strong>the Wolf Warrior X offers far better value than the 11+<\/strong>. Old school scooter enthusiasts will still love the 11+\u2019s pedigree and oversized ambitious design, but for everyone else, the X represents far better value, with a price tag that\u2019s too These allow you to self-diagnose and isolate the fault and then address it before it worsens.<\/p><h3>Tactile Buttons For Scooter Controls<\/h3><p>On the handlebars is a set of terrifically tactile buttons. Now, while that may barely seem worth mentioning, it\u2019s a relative rarity among scooters of the X\u2019s ilk. Now, this constitutes a generous policy, because \u2013 while I believe labor costs should always be chinned by the retailer \u2013 those companies don\u2019t always agree with me. Voro Motors, MiniMotors, and REV Rides are all guilty of passing the check for labor back to the rider \u2013 so it\u2019s refreshing that FluidFreeRide doesn\u2019t do the same.<\/p><p>Too good to be true? Not quite \u2013 there is some small print you\u2019ll want to get familiar with.<\/p><p>The warranty will not cover any damage that\u2019s down to abuse, misuse, neglect, or a lack of maintenance, and wear and tear isn\u2019t included, either.
